The following conditions apply when you buy products, courses and services via sacredjourney.se 

1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All goods and services are listed with price including VAT

3. WITHDRAWAL

3:1 You have a full right of cancellation within 14 days from the completed purchase, if nothing else is said. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a written request must be recieved by Sacred Journey within 14 days of purchase. Send your request by mail to: sacredjourneymysteryschool@gmail.com. 

The right of cancellation does NOT apply to appointments within the right of cancellation, courses that start within the right of cancellation, or personally made handicrafts.

3:2 The right of withdrawal does not apply:

- Services started within the 14 day right of withdrawal period, or if Sacred Journey has not recieved a written request.

In case of cancellation later than 24h, money is not paid back and the customer is also not offered another online course or treatment. This also applies to booking appointments within the right of withdrawal.

4. PRIVAT POLICY

4:1 In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in the business to complete good service.

Due to the EU's data protection legislation, GDPR, we have a good data protection policy. As a customer, we want you to feel safe and satisfied. 

As a registered customer in our order system, you are also included in the list we use to send out newsletters. These are sent to the specified e-mail address. Please let us know if you no longer wish to receive these newsletters. It is fine to email sacredjourneymysteryschool@gmail.com

According to GDPR, you have the right to request the personal data we store about you once a year. If you wish to have your information removed from our register, contact us: sacredjourneymysteryschool@gmail.com Keep in mind that we may have the right to deny your request, if there are legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting your personal data. These obligations come from accounting and tax legislation, banking and money laundering legislation, consumer law legislation. 

4:2 Responsible for stored personal data is Sacred Journey, Anna Mattsson 

4:3 We collect personal data from you for the following purposes:

- Manage order

-Manage purchases

- Deliveries

- Returns and complaints

4.4 These types of personal data are stored about you:

- Name

- Social security number (if requested)

- Contact details

- Payment Information

- Purchase information

This personal data is required in order for us to be able to fulfill our commitment according to the purchase agreement. 

4:5 Sacred Journey stores your personal data until the purchase has been completed and for a period of 12 months after your last order. The data is saved in our accounting for five years.

4:6 The subcontractors of the Personal Data Controller are:

• Webnode AG (e-shop system);
• Google Analytics (website analysis); 
  

5. SAFETY

Sacred Journey uses SSL certificates to protect your data. 

6. COOKIES

Sacredjourney.se uses cookies. 

Cookies are text files that the website you visit requests to save on your computer. 

7. REFUND

In the case of canceled purchases that have been used within the 14-day right of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the specified bank account, within 14 banking days from the day we received your letter of cancellation. For customers outside Sweden, a service fee of SEK 80 is added.

8. TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS

8:1  Own responsibility

Sacred Journey takes no responsibility for how the customer responds to treatments. Nor how the customer chooses to interpret the guidance given. The customer has full responsibility for his actions. Sacred Journey reserves the right to refuse a booking. 

No treatments are performed on persons under the age of 18. 

8:3 Payment terms

Payment takes place in connection with registration. The customer chooses to pay with Swish, PayPal or Bankgiro. 

9. SPIRITUAL COACHING

Money is not refunded once the Spiritual Coaching has started. If the customer chooses to terminate, no money will be paid back and if the customer has chosen to pay in part, the remaining amount will be demanded. You have the right to cancel up to one week before the first session. Money is not refunded, but the customer is instead offered another online course or treatment. Does not apply if the customer chooses to cancel during the course of the coaching or less than a week before the first session. If the customer has booked and paid for their Spiritual Coaching less than a week before the first session, the right of cancellation does not apply and the customer is then not entitled to another online course or treatment.

When booking more than 14 days before the expected start, the right of cancellation applies 14 days. When booking less than 14 days before the expected start, the right of cancellation does not apply. 

Sacred Journey is not responsible for the decisions the client makes during the Spiritual Coaching, nor afterwards. The customer takes responsibility for how the spiritual coaching is received and how the customer chooses to act based on it. Sacred Journey discourages Spiritual Coaching if you suffer from mental illness and reserves the right to refuse requests if it is suspected that the client is not ready to work with themselves. 

9:1 Payment

When booking Spiritual Coaching, the customer can choose to pay the full amount of SEK 6,000 in one sum, or pay in two installments. The first installment of SEK 3,000 is made in connection with the booking. The second installment takes place 8 weeks into the coaching. In the event of non-payment, the coaching will be terminated, with demands for the remaining amount. 

If cancellation occurs less than a week before the expected start, no money will be refunded and the customer will not be offered another online course or treatment. The customer is required to pay in full.

10. COURSE CONDITIONS

The customer always has a 14-day right of cancellation, unless registration takes place less than 14 days before the start of the course and the course begins within 14 days. 

If the customer chooses to cancel during the course of the training, no money will be refunded.

10:1 Copyright

All course material is written and owned by Anna Mattsson and Sacred Journey. It includes written text, meditations, video recordings and the like. Nothing may be copied or given out to third parties, without written approval from Anna Mattsson. Audio files may also not be played in public contexts, or forwarded. If it does, legal action will be taken.
